Our client is a highly reputable corporation in Hong Kong and they are now looking for a Guest / Client Coordinator to join their group. Our client is generous in providing benefits to employees and values work-life balance. This is also a five-day workweek role.


As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email to manage reservations, enquiries, complains and handling problematic situations whenever necessary
  • Coordinating events to enhance engagement and maintain a good relationship with clients
  • Managing members’ database to understand their profile, culture and behaviors
  • Providing support to clients in organizing events, roundtable meetings and gathering

You have to satisfy the following criteria to qualify for the role:

  • Degree in any disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Services, Membership Coordination, Guest Relations or equivalent
  • Native in English is a must; Fluency in Chinese would be an advantage
  • Attentive, efficient and strong communication skills
