Job Description and Responsibilities

 

  • Answer verbal and written inquiries regarding room reservation, rates, comparisons, facilities and in-house event at property;
  • Responsible for handling customers’ daily reservations;
  • Co-ordinate with front desk for operation.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma / Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in hotel or relations industries;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Experience Officer – Reservations.
