Part of Hong Kong’s Conserving Central Project, the Hotel which was the stand-alone Murray Building is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest room, guest corridor and service area, to ensure a clean, fresh, tidy accommodation and environment is provided to guest.
  • Inspect & change room status to ensure clean & tidy room is ready to sell by Front Office to guest.
  • Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times
  • Initiative approach the guest to obtain their preferences at the right time.
  • Use the guest name once to open the conversation and once to close the conversation.
  • Engage with guests to collect preferences and ensure captured preferences are fulfilled and room tailored accordingly.
  • Check with Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeepers for the list of names of VIP and other guests and inform Room Attendants of the same. Instruct the Room Attendants to greet as many guests as possible using their names.
  • Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully, ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been completed.
  • Provide supervision and training for colleagues to ensure the proper usage and care for the machine and chemical in order to protect hotel and guest’s property. Attend to guest request & complaint to ensure professional and satisfactory service is provided according to hotel standard.
  • Ensure that special cleaning program schedules are carried out within the time limited and performance is up to requested standard.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 4 & 5 stars hotel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to speak Mandarin and English.
