Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous check in and check out services for room guests;
  • Promote and upsell hotel service and facilities to maximize revenue; 
  • Handles and record guests’ luggage in a safe and secure manner;
  • Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries;
  • Promote Membership Program to guest &
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure Brighthearted Services is well delivered  
  • Shift duty is required

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or relevant disciplines;
  • 1 year relevant experience will be an advantage;
  • Detail-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua and Japanese knowledge would be an advantage &
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
