Responsibilities include

Resorts World Guest Services Officer is to assist Resorts World Guest Services Manager in providing resources and supports to ship based Guest Services team in both hosting and Membership operation.

The Resorts World Guest Services Officer’s responsibilities include:

• Responsible as the key personnel to liaise with ship based Resorts World Guest Services Manager in providing resources for operational usage.

• Responsible to assist shore based Resorts World Guest Services Manager on crew deployment for ship based crew of Guest Services & Membership Host.

• Responsible for filing system

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of High School Education with excellent written and spoken command of English

• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• At least 1year experience in customer services operation or office administrative role

• Attention to details, experience in ship operation, casino operation and hotel operation is an added advantage
