Responsibilities:

  • To process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
  • To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
  • To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
  • To handle other daily departmental operation issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service
  • Customer oriented, good communication and upselling skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Willing to work on shift
  • A team player
