Client Details

Our client is one of the largest entertainment group in Hong Kong, they have a great contribution and act continuously for betterment of the society. They provide a variety of entertainment, sports platforms to the community with premium customer service. As a guest service officer, you are responsible to provide excellent service to customers.

Description

  • Greet and welcome members in a friendly and appropriate manner
  • Responsible for handling member reservations via call and online booking system
  • Handle online booking system, maximize seat, and table utilisation
  • Assist in F&B events and provide support to ensure the smoothness throughout the process
  • Handle general enquires from guests about events and services via call
  • Provide administrative support to office and perform ad - hoc duties as required

Profile

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management is most preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferred in Hotel / Catering / Club house
  • Available to work on shifts
  • Guest - oriented and energetic individual with excellent communication skills
