Responsibilities

  • Assist our Operations Manager to oversee the hotel operations
  • Ensure hotel staffs follow hotel policies & procedures
  • Handle hotel case and complaint
  • Provide training to the Guest Services Attendant
  • Demonstrate Hotel Service Excellence all the time

Requirements

  • Degree holder or diploma of hotel management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position or relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge of Opera Hotel Information System
  • Self-discipline, responsible, and good interpersonal skills
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and Chinese
