Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar, including customer service, managing inventory and preparing drinks as required by the company.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in food & beverage operations or related disciplines Minimum 3 years relevant experience in catering or related professional area
  • Sound operational and supervisory knowledge and experience Mature, outgoing, presentable with strong interpersonal and leadership
  • Skills: Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Attractive remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Benefits: HK$26,000 per month, discretionary bonus, shift.
