Manage and overlook the credit administration department in a leading bank in Hong Kong.

Your new company
Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong with Corporate, Commercial and Retail operations. You will get the opportunity to join a bank that is committed in developing its business in Hong Kong, and be further supported with market leading systems and resources.

Your new role

  • Overlook the bank wide's credit administration department
  • Supervise and oversee the team members in preparing facility letters, security documents and other loan documentation
  • Take command in overlooking the process of utilising legal counsels and solicitors to structure non-standard loan documentation
  • Identity, and modify the department's policies and procedures to cater new product developments or changes in internal / external regulations
  • Research and implement areas of process improvement or streamlining

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in credit administration / credit documentation / loan documentation, within at least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experienced in local regulations and guidelines and strong sense in risk management policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Due to client language requirements, fluency in English and Chinese is a must
