Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Supervise day-to-day customer services function to Equities Division
  • Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts
  • Manage, handle and process Client information
  • Conduct on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review, AML and PEP check
  • Prepare statistical reports/Management report
  • Manage the team to provide Administrative Support

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above
  • 3 years or above of KYC/Account Opening Experience 
  • Holder of SFC license I
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing
  • A team player, comfortable working in a fast pace environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
