Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project charter and project plans for all assigned projects, assigning work to supporting teams/individuals as deemed necessary
  • Work with cross functional team to define the overall project scope, plan and schedule timelines, milestone deliverable, schedule budget and tradeoffs.
  • Manage task, risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies assessment and resolution for projects
  • Establish communication plans, stakeholder’s registry for programs/projects and ensure adherence to those plans maintaining appropriate communication to all project constituents and stakeholders
  • Tracks project plan and proactively resolves issues and mitigates risk associated with the project at a strategic and tactical level
  • Constantly update the projects status and actively participates in the strategic planning of Change Control Board (CCB) to evaluate overall project prioritization that will satisfy the relevant quality standard and provides greater Business Value.
  • Compile and report summary status of all projects to stakeholders periodically using RAG approach.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
  • With minimum 3 years’ experience in project/program management, especially on end-to-end project implementations
  • Proficient in project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experienced business/system analyst or project team leads aspiring for project management experiences are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledgeable of MS Products, i.e. MS Project, VSTS, Dynamic CRM, PowerBI, etc
  • PSM or CSM / PMP / Prince2 certified preferred
  • Experience handling delivery of enterprise applications projects, i.e. ERP, CRM, BI, etc
  • Experience in cross functional project management would be an advantage
  • Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional Asian business languages a plus
  • Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments
