Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of the HR function including but not limited to C&B, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations
  • Responsible for establishing and developing long term and short term HR strategies for the growth of the company
  • Provide human capital and rewards consultation to support the Company’s long term and short term’s business and strategies, including job evaluation and job pricing, job grading, short term incentive and salary structure development, in relation to motivate and enhance employees’ performance and productivity
  • Responsible for executive evaluation and benchmarking and bonus plan design in line with the market and ensure the Company’s competitiveness
  • Direct the team to execute and communicate with employees and business units effectively in various Company-wide HR development programs and policies in support of the Company’s long term strategies and business needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of HR experience at the managerial level and with the experience in private equity/banking/investment/securities firm is preferable
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST with good literacy in MS office
  • Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive;
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
