Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO, the major responsibilities of the Head of Investor Relations will be managing corporate communication to investors (“IR”), focusing on financial reporting, updating analysts and working with collaborative teams on corporate strategy/positioning, transactions and issues management and media relations.

Such tasks will include, but not exhaustive, the following:

  • Structure and implement IR strategies, along with managing the IR team, to cope with the development and requirement of the Company.
  • Maintain and improve on effective communication channels with internal departments, shareholder, investors, fund managers, analyst and medias.   
  • Organize plan and attend IR events/roadshows, working along with PR firm.
  • Perform analyses of the Group’s financial and operation data.
  • Participate in preparation of interim and annual reports and announcements.
  • Monitor capital market and provide industry intelligence and competitors’ analyses.  Recommend to top management on any IR- related and responsive actions and activities.
  • Develop IR presentations and publications, in both English and Chinese.
  • Maintain investors’ database and timely updating of Company’s website with IR-related communications.
  • Promote and report on Sustainability efforts to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher.
  • Good financial analyst knowledge and business sense is highly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of major capital markets.
  • 10 years’ or above working experience, with at least 5 years’ relevant IR’s experience exposure to buy/sell-side research or fund management. 
  • Leadership: managerial skills and experience with a small team.
  • Experience in Technology or Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, proficiency in written and oral fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.  
  • Business travelling will be required: Shenzhen HQ and overseas events.
  • 5.5 days alternate working week.
