About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading food service companies in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. They are committed to providing the premium quality international brands of meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, pastry, dry goods and gourmet fine foods serving a wide range of customers in diverse sectors, including hotels, restaurants, catering, clubs, fast food chains, ship’s chandlers, pastry & confectionery, wholesale, consumer and export channels, etc. Owing to their aggressive expansion plan, our client is now looking for a Head of Key Account to lead their retail team. 

Job Description

As a Head of Key Account, you will be responsible for leading a team to take care of the company’s key clients such as chain supermarkets, Japanese stores and department stores. You will be required to build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline. You will also be required to develop and execute sales plan, pricing and distribution strategy, budgeting and forecasting. Last but not least you will need to develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with prospects and clients as well as within your team. 

Requirement

  • Degree educated
  • 10 years or above key account management experience in F&B sector
  • Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 4 years of above team management experience
