Reporting to the Business Director, you will lead a sizeable marketing team and drive all aspects of marketing activities to achieve the unified business goal.

Our client is one of the world leading FMCG company with a wide range of product portfolio.

Description

You will plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies for product positioning, product portfolio, market penetration, advertising and promotion to achieve the market share goals and sales growth. You will have to work closely and align with different departments to drive successful execution of both upstream and downstream marketing strategies. You are also responsible for managing the marketing and PR budget and resources to maximise the ROI.

Profile

The ideal candidate needs to have a Bachelor Degree in Business or similar, with minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG principle. You need to have strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. You should have excellent team management experience with good business acumen.
