Our client is a China company specializing licensed young ladies & men's fashion brand. Locations include Macau / China / Singapore / Taiwan etc is now looking for high caliber candidate to join:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to China CEO/Director (good Mandarin speaker)
  • Work closely with headquarters for new stores expansion (Asia market) and marketing plan
  • Build and drive the team to provide excellent service and achieve sales target
  • As a contact point between top management and store operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, ensuring smooth flow of stock, arranging regular stock-takes, shop renovation and maintenance, shop display to maximize operation efficiency to all shops
  • Streamline routine operational procedures to maximize productivity
  • Monitor, train, coach and develop the retail team by KPI metrics
  • Motivate and perform regular performance review to the team and develop their talents
  • Prepare shop reports, sales analysis and annual budget

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years experience of which at least 3 years at managerial level for District / Area Management, preferable from fashion retail industry
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, strong leadership, good understanding of retail operational details and management
  • Strong fashion sense, good logical thinking and experience in sales & market trend analysis
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Station in HK office - Business trips are required according to business need
  • Immediately available or short notice would be an advantage
