1. Establish the Risk Management Framework to identify risk areas from investment proposals submitted by M&A investment teams and to work hand-in-hand with line managers / heads to solve risk problems;

2. Monitor and control all risks on investment to ensure they must be in accordance with the Board of Directors / Investment Committee’s investment strategies and directions;

3. Supervise a small team of subordinates to perform risk assessment: Review internal investment proposals, analyze current risks and identify potential risks associated with the underlying investments;

4. Prepare risk assessment reports and periodic management reports to the Board of Directors / Investment Committee;

5. Coordinate and lead the investment due diligence;

6. Review any major contracts or internal business proposals;

7. Maintain records of the investment and monitor the associated risks;

8. Perform ad hoc projects upon request.



1. Bachelor degree or above in Risk Management / Business / Finance / Law / Corporate Governance or related major;

2. Professional qualification with FRM / CPA / CFA is preferred;

3. At least 10-year related experiences gained from financial institutions;

4. Familiar with quantitative risk management measurement, especially in market risk, credit risk, operational risk, auditing and internal control;

5. Strong experience that demonstrates advanced knowledge of the securities industry and its practices, financial market and corporate finance activities;

6. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, Putonghua fluency is a must;

7. Hands on PC operations knowledge with MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;

8. Self-motivated and organized and able to work under pressure;

9. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
