An international investment bank. 


  • Develop and service existing and new institutional clients in Asia.
  • Formulate sales and marketing strategy at the product level, as well as the brand level.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and profitability of Institutional Sales Business.
  • Promote and market research products, investment ideas and provide corporate access to institutional clients.
  • Familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements of HK and mainland China and make sure the requirements are complied. 


  • University degree in business management, banking, finance or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ institutional sales business experience; familiar with products such as FX, CFDs and commodities.
  • Strong in sales management and experienced in supervising overall Asia sales activities.
  • Ability leading a multi-nations team in Asia is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Putonghua.
