Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to Department Head and responsible for formulating sales strategies and programs on consumer loan business to optimize profitability
  • Manage the telesales team to achieve the company sales targets
  • Set the sales targets for different sales teams and design effective incentive programs so as to motivate the sales teams to achieve the targets
  • Proactively work with related parties to develop all acquisition, usage and retention programs
  • Organize the product/sales technique training programs and supporting services to the frontier sales staff for effective selling
  • Formulate and implement effective management policies to improve the efficiency and quality of work
  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with the Company’s policies and procedures, as well as those regulations stipulated by the regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years relevant sales experience with at least 5 years in team management
  • Familiar with consumer loan business and related statutory regulations
  • Sales-oriented, excellent market sense and responsive to the market changes
  • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Team Manager
