Our Client, a leading e-solution services organization is seeking strong Sales Leader from IT Solution related industry to lead their Sales team and to drive revenue growth for the organization. This position is expected to support the Chief Executive to identify business opportunities, drive and deliver revenue of the Company’s products and services in target industries through customer development, marketing, key accounts management and membership development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating business opportunity in e-solutions for retail consumer business, food, e-Com and Healthcare, from concept to strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Drive Business Development Team to develop and close business opportunities, lead Go-To Market plan and strategy.
  • Devise and implement the growth strategies and campaigns for recruitment of new customer members and retention of existing members of the Company. Develop and implement strategy for increasing direct/indirect revenue with members
  • Drive and achieve revenue and business target by expanding membership base to serve a wider business community and further the adoption of services to ensure a greater value is delivered to existing members with enhanced supply chain competence and brand equity.
  • Develop effective programs for customer growth, retention and relationship management. By formulating and executing Membership Engagement Plan in target industries and driving loyalty and member retention.
  • Provide analysis of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement. Constantly keeping abreast of changes in the market or members requirement, and identifying the selling opportunity for product and service of the organization
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by analytical marketdata.
  • Fully accountable for customer prospecting, tendering & Proposal management process.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and target

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of sales and marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food services, Apparel and Healthcare related industry with focus in B2B or solution marketing
  • Fully P& L accountable and with previous proven track record in driving business result and able to achieve revenue target
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese-
  • Proven experience in execution (eg CRM, ERPs) and customer service processes
  • Strong capability in Digital Marketing platform with excellent connection with all social media channels
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • High proficiency in Power point/ Excel/ Word
