Our client is government, handle the helpdesk, ERP service.

 

JOB

  • To provide daily user support and administration, trouble shooting and problem diagnosis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • To perform user acceptance test on ERP enhancement and defect fixing proposal
  • To perform user ad hoc data extraction and compile simple management report by using Business Objects (BO)
  • To assist in the study of business flow to identify potential area of improvement of the general procurement workflow and
  • To answer enquiries and provide helpdesk services

 

Requirement

 

  • Higher diploma or associate degree in computer science related subjects (e.g. Computing Science, Computing System Development, etc.) or related disciplines, or equivalent
  • Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or the HKCEE, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience on end user support
