Our client is a leading IT service provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer (Senior/ Junior):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support to in-house end-users.
  • Perform routine IT operations such as inventory management, computer setup, software installation, printer and network configuration/troubleshooting.
  • Installation and maintenance for MS Office, Standard OA applications, Email, Video Conference , Remote support, Windows 7 and 8 Desktop, Microsoft Office 2010/2013.
  • More experience will consider senior position and junior with training provided.
  • Less experience will consider as IT Support and Trainee.


Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software).
  • Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment.
  • With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
