Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support (Level 1)
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on IT problems
  • Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup
  • Responsible for keep tracking IT assets with maintenance and related documentation

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working experience in Helpdesk position
  • Good at trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users
  • Knowledge and experience in using Windows desktop, domain administration, email system and software deployment system
  • Good communication skill with English and Chinese
