Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide first-tier user/technical support through Instant Messenger (IM), phone/email/remote/on-site
  • Log information into the ticketing system, and follow the defined escalation flow
  • Keep track on status and frequent communicate with stakeholder of Service Requests and Incidents from case start-to-end
  • Coach and be coached on new skills (i.e. technical and soft skills)
  • Continuous improvement to meet business needs
  • Provide technical support on Ad-hoc requests

Job Requirements:  

  • F.6 (DSE) or above
  • 1 year IT helpdesk support or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered as Junior Helpdesk)
  • “CAN DO” attitude and fast learner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Able to work on site, 7x24 shift, and non-office hour
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player required minimum supervision
