Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customer on system support
  • Work closely with development and operation team
  • Provide 2nd tier technical support to users and hotline call handling (phone & email)

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 1 years or above experience in technical support
  • Hands on experience on PC and network trouble-shooting
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
