Our client is a large corporation, due to expansion, now looking for various IT professionals to join their IT team.

Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities to handle end user calls and technical support for helpdesk service via phone, email and remote access tools.
  • Support Cloud products provisioning including Hosted Exchange, DNS, Office 365 and Azure
  • Help resolve customer issues by providing first tier technical support and troubleshooting
  • Discipline in conducting daily health check to assure system quality and performance
  • Capable to record and update status service ticket clearly in support ticketing system
  • Perform on-site technical support to customer only if necessary
  • Carry out computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures as well as system backup according to the job schedule

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Services or related disciplines
  • Min 1 years' experience in providing helpdesk support
  • Experience in PC setup, Microsoft products, email system and mobile support, helpdesk support / back office operations
  • Knowledge in Email Applications (e.g. Exchange), Email Clients (e.g. outlook), Email client setup (e.g. POP3, IMAP, Outlook Anywhere), Email architecture concepts and DNS
  • Good inter personal skill and command of spoken and written English and Chinese for telephone and email communications
  • Knowledge in Linux Web Hosting, Linux Email (sendmail/postfix) and Linux DNS an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus;
  • Good response and telephone manner, able to communicate with expatriates
  • Less experience or Fresh Graduate will also be consider

 

(Senior/ Junior) IT Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise, own all desktop responsibilities and liaise with users, application teams and vendors to resolve problems
  • Responsible for daily backup of various systems, reports generation and distribution
  • Conduct daily operation tasks such as support call handling, network equipment monitoring, batch processing and emergency support as assigned by superior
  • Support for Windows 7, Lotus Notes, E-mail, Active Directory and networking
  • Handle software package installation, configuration and support

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Windows configuration and operation; and Linux, Windows Active Directory architecture knowledge is advantage
  • Familiar with software packages (MS Office 2003/XP, MS Access, Acrobat, etc)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent customer service attitude and team player
  • Co-operative, good sense of responsibility
  • Less experience will be consider as IT Assistant
