Duties: 

  • Perform day-to-day system health checking and collect performance statistics
  • Analyze security vulnerability alerts sent from other Department
  • Prepare monthly report on helpdesk support and patch management
  • Maintain record and inventory of IT equipment
  • Provide IT technical support to users

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 2 years IT work experience and with at least 1-year PC LAN / IT technical support experience
  • Familiar with IT security, patch management, PC LAN and workstation support
  • Hands on experience in Windows 7/8/10
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
