Duties:

  • Provide first line helpdesk support in relation to computer hardware and software
  • Handle end user queries, problem investigations, requests and inventory control of IT equipment
  • Set up audio-visual equipment and assist in the operation of equipment such as presentation system and video conference etc
  • Provide onsite support to other offices
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work experience in helpdesk / IT / user support role
  • Familiar with PC LAN, networking, Windows, email, video and audio system
  • With helpdesk and customer service skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Hong Kong Permanent Resident is required
