Hong Kong AIA Human Resource assistant & Marketing Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide human resources support to the sales team

  • Schedule recruitment interviews 

  • Follow up on new recruit

  • Conduct simple market research

  • Short articles writing for marketing purposes

  • Manage LinkedIn Account and related social media platforms

  • Manage and assist in all projects and tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above (University students are also welcome)

  • Fluent or native Putonghua and English

  • Familiar with MS office application (Word, Excel and Power Point )

  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Local PRC students (IANG Applicants) are welcome

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
