Primary purpose of the position: Support SHRBP on Business Partnering to the Tech Frontline People Managers of REA Group Asia. Acts as primary point of contact for employees in the business unit. Supports SHRBP to implement Human Resources initiatives to drive engagement and to instil a culture of high performance in a changing business environment. Implements and drives programs, working in collaboration with the SHRBP to provide support across all areas of the HR discipline.

 

  • Partner with client group Tech Frontline People Managers to drive the delivery of people plans, under the guidance of the SHRBP.
  • Ensures strong relationships are formed as a trusted partner with all REA Group Asia people (including leadership teams, all team members, other key stakeholders)
  • Support the management of cyclical activities such as the engagement survey roll out, talent management process, the annual performance and development process, the salary and bonus review process across the business
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team, coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire employees
  • Works closely with REA’s Compensation and Benefits team in ensuring we have a comprehensive benefits package
  • Ensures the company remains compliant with all relevant people legislation via application of policy, procedure and training.

 

The ideal candidate should have

 

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resources field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR Roles and Responsibilities
  • Well versed with Asia Labor Laws.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and communication skills.
