Responsibilities:

  • Assists in call center general operation
  • Handles Customer Service hotline and Internal Support hotline, including answering customer enquiries and complaints and other operation duties of ticketing.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in business studies or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in call centre
  • Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
  • Event ticketing selling experience on the computerized ticketing system preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends over a 7-day rostered cycle
