Our client, an international finance solutions corporation provides software and services that enable clients to communicate with confidence in a complex regulatory environment and is now seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support their operations team and willing to offer attractive remuneration package with excellent benefits to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities;
  • Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency;
  • Organize meals for clients, arrange for purchase and refill of refreshments; and
  • Handle overall reception duties and provide clerical support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate;
  • Experience in hotel front office, tourism, airline and related services is an advantage;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Self-motivated, creative and ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently; and
  • Willing to work on shift duties with allowance (no overnight shift is required).
