The Role

This position will manage all business development aspects of new built sales, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balance project leadership and customer management to grow our sales funnel. 

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in accordance with company procedures and practices
  • Aggressively drive shipbuilding customers to maximize sales and total relationahip potential through sales of communication and navigation products, connectivity solutions and marine systems
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing customers
  • Prepare reports 

Requirements

  • F.5 and above with working experiences
  • Minimum 3 years’ Sales management experience  
  • Fluency in oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Putonghua
