  • Responding promptly to customers enquiries
  • Providing accurate information about banking services
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Job Requirements:

  • Native Cantonese speaking
  • HKCEE / DSE / Diploma graduates or above in all discipline
  • Passed English syllabus is a must
  • 1 year of working experience at least
  • Previous working experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good command in reading and written English
  • Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
