Housekeeping Coordinator (房務部聯絡員)

Job Duties

• As a core communication hub, attending to all incoming calls and inquiries, follow up with effective and seamless communications with all related parties
• Provide administrative support to the housekeeping team

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder of Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience in the housekeeping department of a hotel
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details, independent, and able to work under pressure
