High networth family is looking for a  HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER/ BUTLER   -   to manage a luxurious residential premises and to provide professional domestic and butler service to a high networth family - with details as follows : 
  • Tertiary education in any subjects
  • Secretarial Studies or Estate Management Studies will be an advantage
  • Must be able to communicate well in Mandarin
  • 10-15 years secretarial/personal assistance/domestic assistance/property management/building service/housekeeping experience, of which preferably minimum 2 years in managerial/supervisory level
  • Experience in servicing top management or high networth families in secretarial/personal assistance/home affairs support role will be a plus
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Mature character, polite with good manner, energetic with patience
  • Able to lead and manage a sizable Domestic Housekeeping Service Team
  • Responsible for providing professional housekeeping/butler service and real estate management service for a high net worth family
  • Oversee and manage all operations and household staff including domestic helpers, drivers, security guards and any contractors attending the properties
  • Ensuring smooth daily operation of the Domestic Service team and professional service is delivered
  • Coordinating with building services contractors for maintenance work of the residential premises when needed
  • Providing professional secretarial and personal assistance to family members related to domestic affairs
  • Recruitment and training of household staff including domestic helpers & drivers
  • All household administration including checking incoming mails, deliveries, inventories, invites, menus etc
  • Shopping for groceries and house supplies and timely replenishments of all household stock
  • Responsible for the effective management of all household staff shifts, rosters and schedules
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of premises, making sure all areas are kept to the highest standard
  • Ensure daily smooth operation of all premises; and each family member is well taken care of in a professional member
