Our client is a Hong Kong based Consulting firm with team-based culture, growing business and stable working environment. To support their expanding team, they are currently looking for a flexible, pleasant and proactive HR & Accounting Manager with good interpersonal skills to join their team.

Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources operation and supervising accounting matters on a day to day basis

  • General HR functions include recruitment, compensation & benefits, new hire on-boarding, internal process training, etc.

  • Manage the daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, staff expenses claims and payroll.

  • Manage, control and execute the budget of work and activities of the company

  • Handle any office administration duties, reviewing and negotiating all contracts and agreements

  • Maintain and updates filing system

Profile

  • At least 5 years of both HR & Accounting experience

  • Proactive, independent, helpful with to-do attitude

  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and able to interact with all levels

  • Candidates with all round experience in HR/ Admin/ Finance from small size office are welcome to apply
