This is a 2-month contract for an HR Admin to join a Canadian MNC.

Client Details

Our client is a Canadian MNC with a Regional office in Hong Kong. The company has more than 5000 employees around the world and has approximately USD 35.2 billion in assets. They are looking for a motivated HR Admin to join their Hong Kong office to cover a 2 months leave.

Description

  • Collecting, coordinating and updating expatriate information. Including managing work visa enrollment and renewals.

  • Preparing on-boarding arrangements, coordinating training schedule and conducting induction program for new joiners.

  • Maintaining employee (current and former) personnel files
  • Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Arranging interviews and recruitment tests as required
  • Assisting in work visa applications and renewals
  • PF enrollment and termination as required
  • Prepare employment contracts as required
  • Medical insurance enrollment and claims management
  • Providing a variety of Human Resources related reports for various stakeholders when requested.
  • Supporting general office admin as requested.

Profile

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in HR and admin

  • xcellent written, verbal communication and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

  • SAP experience would be an asset

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, tasks and deadlines

  • Detail oriented individual who can work both in a team environment and independently as required

  • Sensitivity in handling and maintaining confidential data

  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Privacy Ordinance

  • Immediate availability is preferred
