Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limit to payroll, compensation, benefits and employee relations etc.
  • Assist to implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company requirements
  • Update and maintain employee records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
  • Prepare and consolidate regular HR reports
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide professional HR advice to internal customers
  • Support office administration functions to ensure smooth operation
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • 3 years HR experience preferable Beauty industry
  • Conversant with Employee Ordinance
  • Soft skills such as well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Immediate available is an advantage
