We are a Hong Kong EMS Manufacturer with our own operations in Dongguan. We produce Box build and Board Assemblies for OEMs in different sectors, Healthcare, Consumer, Telecommunication and Industrial Electronics.

Job Requirement:-

  • Implement effective HR policies and strategies on recruiting, introduction and training, also provide recommendation on job safety, task allocation, performance management, labor relation and discipline
  • Key responsibility includes facilities maintenance, security, industrial health & safety, dormitory & catering and general administration of the plant sit
  • Shape and develop the corporate culture of the company
  • Update and review the HR policies and procedures align with regulatory requirement and local standardsFormulate, review and implement the administration policy and procedure
  • Prepare, review and manage budget, and analyse operating expenses, and identify areas for resources and cost saving
  • Experience in factory audit

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources Management; experience in a manufacturing factory and ISO is preferential
  • Familiar with the PRC’s labor regulations, insurance and social security requirements Immediate available is preferred
  • Stationed at our plant
