HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

- Handle full spectrum of human resources functions

- Facilitate the recruitment process but not limited to sourcing, interview conducting, offer management, on-board arrangement

- Perform full range of administrative functions, including but not limited to office supplies, agreement renewal, office relocation, equipment maintenance etc.

- Liaise with internal departments and provide support on the administrative function of the department

- Administer monthly payroll, MPF, benefits program, medical claims, leave management, scheduling and attendance record etc

- Maintain and update staff data records and filing system

- Compile HR/Admin related reports mostly in Chinese

- Coordinate staff relations

- Handle Ad hoc project as assigned

 

Requirements:

- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist, preferably gained from listed companies. Candidates who has exposure to PRC based firms will be a big plus

- Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties

- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment policies and laws

- Loyal, self-motivated, strong communications skills, independent and proactive

- Proficient with MS Office/Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Strong command of written and spoken English & Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a MUST
