Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee full scope of human resources and office administrative, including recruitment & selection, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employee relations,learning and development, office administration and support services

  • Analyze current HR and Administration policies, process and procedures and define future solutions, providing suitable initiatives and policy development for the company to meet the Group’s direction and strategic objectives

  • Responsible for the monthly MPF enrollment, payroll and insurance issue
  • Arrange and co-ordinate manpower for all activities and events.
  • Plan, evaluate and implement training and development programs for employees, including front line training.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Administration or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant HR & Administration experience in sizable organization, preferably in retail or manufacturing industries
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, relationship building and conflict management skills in a multi-cultural environment
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance & PRC Labour Law and employment related legislation
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Assists in ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Working in Fotan, Shatin
