Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for full HR services in the areas of recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, visa applications as well as performance management
  • Manage payroll, MPF administration, and leave management of the Group
  • Formulate performance measures and process costs through the timesheet system, as well as manage the performance appraisal program
  • Supervise a team of administrative and HR staff
  • Perform general office administrative functions including office equipment & facilities maintenance, fixed assets control, security system control and maintenance contract renewal, etc.
  • Assist in preparing annual salary and headcount budgets, provide advice on budget forecast to the management
  • Provide weekly and monthly management reports
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments


Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Accounting or relevant discipline
  • For Manager grade: Minimum of 7 years relevant HR and Administration experience of which minimum of 3 years in managerial level
  • For Officer grade: Minimum of 3 years working experiences in handling full spectrum of HR, general administration and ad-hoc projects
  • Ability to draft policies and reports in English and Chinese
  • Good team player, high energy levels, strong sense of responsibility and flexible
  • Proactive, pleasant, outgoing and well organized
  • Independent and works well on own initiative
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • Good computer knowledge
