A stable property investment firm in Hong Kong with business across the Asia is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to provide all round HR services and office admin supervision for the HK office.

Client Details

Our Client is one of the leaders of its industry with strong business growth within the APAC region. They have an international and westernized culture in HK office with very stable culture. To support the growth, they are looking for mature, independent, stable HR & Admin Manager to provide all round HR services and office admin management for the Hong Kong office.

Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operation & office administration for Hong Kong

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from identifying vacancies, interview, and candidate's selection to on boarding process

  • Support C&B operation, including payroll processing, medical, MPF, taxation, etc.

  • Review company HR policies, performance management, and staff compensation & benefits scheme review

  • Work with vendor on payroll and benefits processing for other offices in Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, etc.

  • Monitor office administration projects, such as office insurance renewal, managing relationships with vendors, landlord on office supplies & facilities, implementing office policies & procedures

  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Profile

  • Around 10 years of all-round HR & office administration experience

  • Fluent English and Cantonese required, good Mandarin is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM preferred

  • Good computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)

  • Flexible, adaptive to new environment, stable track record
