Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support includes the developing of job descriptions, screening and interviewing with candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers, conducting salary benchmarking until on-boarding
  • Support in monthly payroll calculation and MPF contribution
  • Support in probationary, mid-year and end-year performance management system
  • Plan and lead regular employee activities such as annual dinner and company trips
  • Provide regular reporting and analyses on HR related perspectives
  • Manage the office procurement in a timely and cost-effective manner

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experience in all-round human resources functions
  • Confident, excellent communication skills with strong business acumen
  • Able to work under tight timeline
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager
