職責

1、負責公司招聘、培訓、員工入職離職等工作的綜合管理;
2、負責公司員工薪酬、福利、醫保等工作的綜合管理;
3、做好員工考勤、獎懲管理,並調查各部門對考勤、獎懲的執行情況;
4、解決同事人事及行政方面問題
5、負責公司設備以及辦公用品的採購以及管理
6、負責公司辦公環境的管理與維護
7、公司規章管理制度的完善及管理監督
8、協助上級完成日常的部門工作

 

要求

 

1、F7以上,企業管理、人力資源等相關專業優先考慮;

2、二年以上人力資源開發相關工作經驗;有公司組建手續辦理,辦公室裝修經驗優先

3、誠實正直、嚴謹細心、責任心強、思維敏銳、善於溝通;

4、熟練使用辦公軟體有拍攝、剪輯製作能力著優先考慮

5、具備良好的行政事務能力,有條理性、踏實、盡職盡責

6、流利普通話及良好英文溝通能力,良好的中文閱讀理解能力

Responsibilities

1. Manage general HR procedures including hiring, training, staff enrollments and resignations

2. Manage payroll, employee benefits, insurance policies

3. Attendance, discipline managements, investigations on executions of company policies

4. Resolve concerns and issues from employees on HR and administrative matters

5. Facilities and stationary managements and purchasing

6. Maintain and manage the Office environment

7. Maintain and manage the company policies

8. Complete assignments from the supervisors

 

Requirements:

 

1. F.7 or above, candidates with cooperate management, HR experiences will be considered priory

2. Candidates with 2 years or above HR experiences will also be considered in prior

3. Cautious, honest, responsible, smart, with good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Familiar with MS Office, candidates with photography and video editing experiences will be in advantage

5. Organized, honest, and responsible, with great administrative skills

6. With good Mandarin, English
