Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for HR & Administration functions
  • Develop strategies, goals and initiatives, and conduct regular review to ensure desirable results are met, and to optimize effectiveness & efficiency;
  • Assist in coordinating with I.T. contractor in the provision of I.T. services;
  • Provide all around general administrative, secretarial support to the directors;
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements :

  • Post-secondary in Business Administration or related disciplines, Degree holder will be an advantage
  • At Least 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Positive attitude, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits :

Double Pay, Bonus and Good Attendance Bonus.

Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm and Sat: 8:30am - 1:00pm
