Job Duties:

  • Handle full responsibilities of all receptionist duties: phone calls, greeting, serving visitors, in/ out mails and couriers arrangement
  • Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
  • Assist in other Human Resources functions, including but not limit to daily routines relating to medical and insurance, recruitment and selection, other HR functions etc
  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payment and MPF
  • Manage counters supplies, stationery, office equipment, telecommunications
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • High Dip / Degree in HR Management or equivalent preferable
  • At least 3-5 year all-round HR and Administration experiences
  • Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislations
  • Well Organized, Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
