Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
  • Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
  • Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
  • Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative or support functions required;
  • Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
  • Liaise with different department and staff-related issues
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years working experience or related disciplines;
  • Good command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation;
  • Mature , Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
  • knowledge of China Labor Law is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as HR & Administration Executive
